Q. Do I need to be online to see all the connections?

A. Fortunately all of the images and text in the Plug Finder app are loaded when you install the app. The images are small which keeps the size small on your iPhone or Touch.

Q. Does Plug Finder only work on the iPhone?

A. Plug Finder supports any generation of iPhone or iPod Touch, and 2.2.1 or later of the OS.

Q. Do you really read those suggestions?

A. Absolutely! We want to continue to provide you with the information you need. Send us an email so we can address what you would like to see in future versions of Plug Finder.

Q. What is that thing on your icon?

A. That is the symbol for Universal Serial Bus (USB). Although it is not normally displayed this way, we thought it would help convey what the app does.
